Asked by: 151 views

This year I had like three yeast infections with Candida. My bf wears a condom all the time so I’m not getting it from him. What the hell???

  1. Yeast infections are very persistent and tend to recur. The infection may initially respond to treatment, but it many cases the fungus doesn’t go away completely but lives naturally inside your vagina since it’s its preferred environment, moist and warm. Whenever your immune system gets weak, the yeast infection flares up. So it’s basically just one unresolved infection, not three of them, as you say. I suggest you change your therapy, if your doctor hasn’t already done that. Use a different anti-fungal agent. Also, boost your immune system, get plenty of rest, avoid stress and do not overdo it with personal hygiene. Plain clean water once or twice per day will do.

  2. I had one yeast infection after another until I discovered a special diet designed to kill fungus throughout your body. You basically deny them their nutrients, which are basically sugars. You stop eating and drinking anything with sugar, including alcohol, and you should also avoid carbs, anything with yeast (this means bread and pastry), pasta, rice, fruit. Stick to lean meat and vegetables.
